About The Position
Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and support their families. The RN evaluates patients, develops care plans, and communicates with patients, families, and the care team to help ensure quality care and meaningful patient experiences. The role offers access to supportive leadership and professional development opportunities, with room for advancement.
Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
- Ability to lift at least 80–100 lbs and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice experience preferred.
