Requirements

Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Must meet all required clearances and licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, pediatrics, mental health, or working with children and adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
Administer and document medications in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
Coordinate medical, psychiatric, dental, vision, and specialty healthcare services.
Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Monitor and communicate medication changes and healthcare updates to treatment teams.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, direct care staff, and families to support treatment goals.
Promote infection control, medication management, and health and safety standards.
Support emergency response procedures and maintain regulatory compliance.
Assist with staff education related to health, wellness, and medication administration.
