Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
Proficient medication management skills
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff

Responsibilities

Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of residents
Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care
Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents

Manage medications proficiently
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
