Requirements

Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Have supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Manage medications, conduct thorough resident assessments, and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values when working with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
