About The Position

Integrity Home Care + Hospice is recruiting a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide hospice nursing care in patients’ homes in Barton, Jasper, McDonald, Newton, and Dade counties. This is a per diem (PRN) position focused on one-to-one direct care in clients’ homes. Training includes hands-on instruction supplemented by virtual learning, and nurses receive 24/7 clinical support from an interdisciplinary care team. The organization also describes clinical and business leadership tracks for career advancement.

Requirements

• Active and current RN license.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Previous hospice experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes.
• Administer medications and provide wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Provide occasional on-call coverage after hours and/or on weekends.
