Registered Nurse, Full Time, Hospice
About The Position
Integrity Home Care + Hospice is recruiting a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide one-to-one nursing care to patients in their homes in Springfield, Missouri, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position. A $5,000 retention bonus is available only to RNs with hospice experience. The role includes home visits and assigned nursing duties, with occasional after-hours and/or weekend on-call coverage. Hospice experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided. The position offers flexible scheduling options across the organization, hands-on training supplemented by virtual learning, 24/7 clinical support from an interdisciplinary care team, and clinical and business leadership career tracks.
Requirements
- Active and current RN license.
- Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Previous hospice experience welcomed but not required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes and provide assigned nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
- Provide occasional on-call coverage after hours and/or on weekends.
