Starlight Behavioral Health is located in West Virginia and offers residential services, waiver services for individuals with I/DD, ABA services for individuals diagnosed on the spectrum, service coordination, and natural family services. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide the following: Ensure the overall health and safety of the client at all times Address immediate medical needs of clients (phone or in person) Attend and participate in IDT meetings for assigned clients Complete annual nursing assessments and self medication assessment and develop plan of care Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times Complete documentation and submit to Clinical Director weekly Complete forms for prior authorization of services Demonstrate understanding of agency policies and procedures Completion of monthly nursing summaries Serve as a liaison between SBH and other agencies, community members, and medical professionals. This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position. Compensation: $72,666 - $93,309. Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. Provide nursing support and ensure client health and safety. Complete assessments and help develop care plans. Maintain accurate client records and required documentation. Work with healthcare providers, families, and community agencies to coordinate care.
