Registered Nurse (RN) - New Grads Welcome
About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) Primary Care office Full-Time (40 hours/week) OR Part-Time (min. 20 hours/week) Day Shift Flexible Schedule. Registered Nurses (RN's) are assigned to a provider's team to work with patients, from start to finish, and implement our preventive care measures. You are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of a Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Telephone triage
- Working with Provider to assist with patient visit
- Electronic Medical Record documentation
- Placing and refilling prescriptions at Providers request
