About The Position
Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Nurses deliver personalized treatments for fatigue, dehydration, migraines, jet lag, hangovers, and other needs at clients’ locations. The company is expanding across multiple states and is seeking experienced, motivated registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for independent 1099 contractor positions. This flexible role offers autonomy and control over earning potential. The company provides clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and patient leads through national marketing. Nurses choose their hours and availability, manage their schedules, and may develop their own clientele through community connections. The stated average earnings are $1,000–$15,000 per month, plus tips; earnings are not guaranteed. Contractors may have tax deductions and self-employed retirement options, subject to their individual circumstances and professional tax advice.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 full years of working RN experience, depending on specialty.
- Experience in emergency medicine, critical care, step down, labor and delivery, or flight/transport.
- High skill and confidence in IV placement.
- Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to work as an independent 1099 contractor.
- Must be able to commit to caring for patients when needed.

Responsibilities
- Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
- Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
- Manage your own schedule and communicate directly with clients.
- Network locally to grow your client base, including through gyms, wellness centers, and events.
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety protocols.
- Provide care independently following provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
