About The Position
Willow Ridge Healthcare is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Nurse to join its team of caregivers. The organization’s mission is to improve the lives of residents, guided by dignity, integrity, service, compassion, and respect. The role is for someone who wants to make a difference in residents’ lives and is willing to take on a challenging and rewarding position. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered; the bonus expires on 12/1/26.
Requirements
- Graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licensed LPN or RN.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- Be a supportive team member and contribute to and exemplify teamwork.
- Have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, and be willing to handle difficult residents.
- Be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition to a nurse or supervisor.
