Dependable Nursing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN to support patients in North Phoenix on a part-time or PRN basis. This role offers independence, flexibility, and rewarding patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Arizona
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home skilled nursing services
- Evaluate patient health status and report concerns appropriately
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wellness goals
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
