Requirements
- Active Arizona RN license
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
- Complete assessments and monitor changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
