About The Position
Our BAYADA Home Care office is hiring Registered Nurses who have a passion for client care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses with trach and vent experience to join our growing home care team! Join a team that is dedicated to helping clients live safely at home with comfort, independence, and dignity.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Pediatric and/or adult home care
- Skilled nursing assessments and documentation
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
