About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Neurology/Urology unit at Evanston Hospital. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule. The role involves providing direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process, maintaining regulatory compliance, and guiding unlicensed nursing personnel. Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- 1 year experience required

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
