About The Position

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Registered Nurses are needed for patient care in and around the Cranberry TWP, Wexford and Gibsonia, allowing you to work close to your home. Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Let us prove it. Requirements

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits.
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health care.
• Experience with IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
• Perform treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
• Educate and empower patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care.
• Utilize strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.
