About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled private duty nursing care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. This role offers flexible scheduling, including short-hour opportunities (1-4 hour cases), ideal for nurses seeking supplemental work or extra hours. BAYADA provides in-depth paid training, including award-winning simulation labs, to prepare nurses for advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. The position emphasizes meaningful care in the client's home, with opportunities for short commutes and around-the-clock clinical support.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
