About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the homes of infants, children, and/or adolescents in Colorado Springs, CO, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on meeting the medical needs and treatment of patients according to their active plan of care, conducting ongoing assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, coordinating care, and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes and prevent issues. The company emphasizes a patient-centered approach and a supportive culture for its employees.
Requirements
- Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes.
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
