RN - Registered Nurse Pediatric Home Health
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the homes of infants, children, and/or adolescents in Pueblo, CO and surrounding areas. The role involves focusing on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to the physician's plan of care, conducting ongoing patient assessments, administering prescribed medications and treatments, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure quality care. Requirements
- Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
