About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for home care in the Charlotte Metro area. The company focuses on one-on-one patient care and supports nurses in learning new skills, growing, and advancing their careers. BAYADA offers a paid, ANCC-accredited Nurse Residency Program specifically for new graduates in home care. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care, with Clinical Managers providing thorough support to new nurses. The role involves caring for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
