About The Position

This role is for a New Grad Registered Nurse in Observation at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. The position is full-time and scheduled for nights. The nurse will make an impact by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, following clinical standards and evidence-based protocols. They will drive the implementation of patient care plans, monitor status, and document progress. The role involves acting as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams, executing physician and nursing orders, and leading discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
