About The Position

Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Procedural Evaluation Clinic team. This role will be full-time day shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Our clinic is open Monday – Friday. No weekends, no holidays, no call! Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Education: BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 5 years of start date
• BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required
• RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient experience is strongly preferred
• Previous knowledge and experience of surgical services, especially pre-operative services
• Minimum 3 years experience

• Use a focused and integrated approach toward improving desired patient outcomes and patient experience of care delivery.
• Participate in learning new knowledge, developing new skills and meeting program objectives to be able to practice in assigned patient care delivery settings while utilizing and applying new knowledge.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn under the direct supervision of an experienced RN and through various other training formats.
