About The Position
Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company providing in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Registered Nurses deliver personalized treatments for concerns such as fatigue, dehydration, migraines, jet lag, and hangovers at clients’ locations. The company is expanding across multiple states and is hiring experienced nurses for independent 1099 contractor positions. The role offers schedule flexibility and autonomy, with clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, and patient leads generated through national marketing. Nurses can also build their own clientele through local community connections. Compensation is described as having unlimited earning potential, with average earnings of $1,000–$15,000 per month plus tips. This position is suited to healthcare professionals who value independence, direct patient care, and wellness-focused, concierge-level service. Nurses must be able to work independently following provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 full years of working RN experience, depending on specialty.
- Practice-area experience in emergency medicine, critical care, step down, labor and delivery, or flight/transport.
- High skill and confidence in IV placement.
- Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
Nice To Haves
- Occasional evening and weekend availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
- Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
- Manage a personal schedule and communicate directly with clients.
- Network locally to grow a client base, including through gyms, wellness centers, and events.
- Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety protocols.
