About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a core member of ProMedica’s patient care team, dedicated to improving health outcomes through patient-centered care, sensitivity, and respect for diverse human experiences. As a coordinator of patient care, the RN interacts with patients, families, and the healthcare team, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The role involves assessing and formulating nursing diagnoses, then planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans. RNs work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to achieve patient care goals and are committed to enhancing patient care, the work environment, and overall satisfaction for both patients and staff. Requirements

Current State license as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR training
Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units
Complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period (for RNs in Ohio)
At least 1 hour of contact hours must be related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules (for RNs in Ohio)
