About The Position
Waters Edge Village is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the night shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The RN develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and respectful interpersonal communication to help deliver coordinated, excellent resident care. A $12,000 sign-on bonus is offered for night-shift RNs, subject to terms and conditions. The bonus is prorated for part-time positions, and the application must be submitted by October 31, 2026. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning about their life stories.
