About The Position

Provides clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient- and family-centered care. Demonstrates clinical competency and uses evidence-based practices throughout the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes. Incorporates safety protocols, cost containment, and quality improvement into care, and identifies patient, unit, and organizational priorities. Follows organizational compliance requirements and policies, including licensure renewal, assigned training, employee health screenings, time and attendance, dress code, confidentiality, infection control, and medication administration.
