About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) works in a 29-bed mixed-acuity medical-surgical/progressive care unit at Community Hospital Anderson. The RN provides patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The position requires performance consistent with professional standards of practice and care, the Nurse Practice Act, and Community Health Network’s mission and goals. The RN uses collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource-management skills in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively with the care team.

Requirements

Graduate of a nursing school accredited by NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
