About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Visits Be the nurse you always wanted to be with BAYADA Home Health. We're currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing skilled home health visits to adult and geriatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.
Requirements
- A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled home health nursing visits (not private duty or shift care)
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments
- Monitor patient conditions and clinical progress
- Administer treatments and carry out physician orders
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Travel throughout your local territory providing one-on-one care in patients' homes
