About The Position

BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team and work with clients on a per diem, per visit basis throughout Union County, NJ. They believe their clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA nurses will be prepared to succeed and deliver exceptional care, learning and expanding clinical skills by caring for clinically complex level patients in the home. Nurses will perform 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient. They will deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Additionally, nurses will perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

Requirements

A current NJ nursing license in good standing
One year of clinical experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient

Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition
