About The Position

BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team and work with clients on a per diem, per visit basis throughout Monmouth County, NJ. The organization believes clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA nurses will have the opportunity to care for patients one-on-one using their nursing and critical thinking skills in a caring team environment that focuses on growth and development. They will learn and expand their clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home, performing 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient. This includes delivering 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. RNs will also perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

Requirements

A current NJ nursing license in good standing
One year of clinical experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform 5-6 visits per day in a small geographical territory, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient
