Registered Nurse (RN) with $10k Hiring Bonus
About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services at Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice, under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor. The nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs. The position is a day shift consisting of three 12-hour shifts. The posting offers a $10,000 hiring bonus for full-time nurses for a limited time. Pay ranges from $49 to $59 per hour, plus shift differential, depending on years of experience.
Requirements
- Missouri RN license or ability to obtain one.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including passing a drug screen and criminal background check.

- Corrections experience is not required.
