About The Position
Senior LIFE is expanding its RN Home Care team and is looking for dedicated healthcare professionals to join their community-focused organization. As a Home Care RN, you will work as an extension of the Clinic Team, providing care in the home and community settings for the senior population of Harrisburg and a limited surrounding area. This role offers the autonomy and flexibility to provide meaningful one-on-one care, develop relationships with participants and their families, and enable seniors to live independently at home. Senior LIFE has been a leader in healthcare for over 15 years, committed to high clinical standards for both participants and staff.
