About The Position

This role involves delivering holistic, high-quality nursing care that aligns with the highest clinical standards and organizational protocols. The nurse will initiate, implement, and continuously monitor personalized patient care plans, ensuring they are effective and adapt to changing needs. The role also requires serving as the central communication link for all disciplines to ensure a unified and seamless care journey for every patient. The nurse will accurately observe, record, and promptly communicate changes in patient conditions, acting quickly and decisively on clinical insights. Additionally, the nurse will manage and execute physician and nursing orders while proactively coordinating all elements of a patient’s discharge plan to support successful transitions of care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
