About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing (PDN) care for an infant in New Boston, NH. This is a full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing personalized, attentive care and building a trusting relationship with a child and family. The role involves providing safe, compassionate, and attentive one-on-one care in a pediatric home care setting, following the patient's individualized plan of care and communicating changes in condition appropriately.

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• G-tube experience required
• Suctioning experience required
• At least one year of nursing experience within the last five years preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric nursing or home care experience preferred
• Pediatric home care or private duty nursing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing (PDN) care for an infant.
• Provide G-tube feeding and management.
• Perform suctioning.
• Monitor oxygen saturation/pulse oximetry as ordered.
• Administer and manage medications according to the patient's care plan.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide safe, compassionate, and attentive one-on-one care.
• Follow the patient's individualized plan of care.
• Communicate changes in condition appropriately.
