At MUSC, you'll do more than care for patients—you'll support families during some of the most meaningful and vulnerable moments of their lives. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care utilizing the nursing process, including: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care. Delivering patient- and family-centered care that addresses physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs. Coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Providing health education that empowers patients and families. Prioritizing patient safety while maintaining a therapeutic and healing environment. Leading and collaborating with nursing team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Participating in shared governance, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrating critical thinking, accountability, and clinical excellence every day.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current South Carolina Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Previous Postpartum nursing experience
