Registered Nurse TN Visa Sponsorship Opportunity
About The Position
Pendant Staffing, a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, is seeking passionate, dedicated, and caring Registered Nurses for opportunities in Los Angeles County. We specialize in assisting healthcare professionals with their immigrant visa journey, including TN visa sponsorship. We partner with over 370 skilled nursing facilities across 17 states, connecting healthcare professionals with employers dedicated to dignifying long-term care. Our partners are looking for exceptional nurses and are open to sponsoring for the TN visa. Nurses will be compensated comparably to their US counterparts based on experience and will receive a relocation package including housing assistance, a cash allowance, and reimbursement for visa and licensing fees.
Requirements
- A U.S. Nursing License or pass NCLEX RN Exam
- Visa Screen Certificate
- Must be TN visa eligible
- At least one year of current or recent nursing experience
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
