Registered Nurse (RN)- Telemetry/Oncology/Stroke
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the 3 SW unit, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients in a 26-bed unit. This role focuses on a telemetry/stroke/oncology patient population, offering the opportunity to become chemo certified within the first year. The position encourages professional development through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, offering up to $6,000 annually, and engagement through various hospital and system-wide committees, unit councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 1 year of Recent RN experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care experience highly preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to patients in a telemetry/stroke/oncology patient population.
