Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
About The Position
An experienced Registered Nurse is sought for the Women & Infant Float Pool. The nurse will float among Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum. The schedule is three 12-hour day shifts per week, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., for 36 hours per week. Weekend coverage and call are required. Parking information: WMC permits provide 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage for $224.80 per month or $748.58 per 100 days. WB permits provide access to the 9th Avenue East/West Garages on weekends and holidays and to West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service, for $196.20 per year. CXS permits provide access to the 9th Avenue East/West Garages on weekends and holidays and to Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7, for $393.96 per year. WB and CXS permits require annual upfront payment and are not available monthly; WMC permits are available monthly. Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits; current and prior months are not refundable. Permits must be canceled by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid the next charge. Refund checks may take 3–5 weeks.
Requirements
- L&D experience.
- ACLS certification.
- AWHONN Intermediate certification.
- BLS certification.
- NRP certification.
- Work three 12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., for 36 hours per week.
Nice To Haves
- EPIC experience.
- AWHONN Advanced certification.
- C-EFM certification.
