RN - Registered Nurse (Day Shift)

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided
- Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support
- Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required
