About The Position

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH), a newly opened (July, 2018) 126-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital and a joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services, is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for day shift. The facility offers services across various units including a general adult unit, a dedicated adolescent unit, a psychiatric-medical unit for co-occurring disorders, an intensive adult unit for severe conditions, and a women’s trauma unit. The role emphasizes providing excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during vulnerable times. Requirements

• A valid State of Pennsylvania Nursing (RN) (Registered Nurse) License is required
• CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required
