About The Position
Part-Time Private Duty Skilled Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a client in Carson City, NV. This position offers competitive pay starting at $75/hour and guarantees 2 overnight shifts per week. The shifts are Sunday from 10 pm to Monday at 9:30 am and Monday from 10 pm to Tuesday at 9:30 am, with potential for additional shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the state of Nevada
- Current CPR/first aid certification
- Prior tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Head-to-toe assessments and monitoring of clinical status
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Ventilator management
- Administration of feeding with monitoring for aspiration
- Administration of medications, per MD order
- Assistance with transfers and repositioning
- Assistance with personal care
- Bowel and bladder management
- Wound care
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Assistance with communication device(s)
