About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) works in harmony with the nursing staff to provide the best possible patient care. The RN works under direct supervision, using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with opportunities on all shifts. New graduates are welcome. Newly hired full-time RNs who start on or before November 30, 2026, qualify for a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state, as required.
Reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care.
Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff members as needed.
