About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 home care for children in Winston-Salem and nearby communities. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and hands-on clinical support, allowing nurses to deliver compassionate care in a rewarding, family-centered setting. Nurses will serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for various clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, and user-friendly electronic charting.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 home care for children.
- Deliver compassionate care in a family-centered setting.
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
