About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their pediatric nursing team in the Winston-Salem / Greensboro Metro area. This role focuses on providing compassionate 1:1 care to children and families in their homes, rather than prioritizing patient volume. BAYADA offers training, flexibility, clinical support, and recognition to help pediatric clients thrive. The company serves adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area, including various counties and cities. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding, personalized paid training with SIM labs, skill-building for diverse clients, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and user-friendly electronic charting.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate 1:1 care to pediatric clients in their homes.
- Help pediatric clients thrive at home.
- Provide care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
Benefits
- $29–32/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
- Daytime, Evening, and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- No Weekend Requirement
