About The Position

About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Belmont Facility on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents, all the while providing clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and Carers. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or similar) and AHPRA registration
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector, with working knowledge of the strengthened standards
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
- Highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team
