About The Position
Seeking an RN for a full-time position in Outpatient Surgery/Pre-Op Surgery at Baptist Health Floyd, located in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. The RN will be responsible and accountable for providing direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge. This role offers the opportunity to work in a regional, non-profit hospital with a wide array of patients and an organization that promotes continued education. Comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care will be provided.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
Nice To Haves
- At least two (2) years previous Surgical Services, Critical Care or ER experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
