About The Position
A facility near Fallon, NV is seeking a temp-to-perm Registered Nurse to join their team in Acute Care. This is a full-time, temp-permanent position. The role involves 13 weeks as a traveler, followed by a transition to a full-time employee with benefits. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, working from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Shifts rotate between Night Shift, Sat-Mon (Week 1) and Sun-Tues (Week 2). The setting is Acute Care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
- Current Nevada RN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents under the supervision of Long-term care management.
- Support daily living activities and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents in both the Acute and Skilled Nursing departments, following facility policies and care standards.
