About The Position
A facility near Fallon, NV is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in Acute Care. This is a full-time, temp-permanent position. The role involves 13 weeks as a traveler, followed by transitioning to a full-time employee with benefits. The nurse will provide direct care and assistance to residents in both the Acute and Skilled Nursing departments, supporting daily living activities and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment according to facility policies and care standards.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
- Current Nevada RN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents under the supervision of Long-term care management
- Support daily living activities and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents in both the Acute and Skilled Nursing departments, following facility policies and care standards
