About The Position

We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-acuity home care for a patient in Homestead. This role requires the ability to work independently, make rapid clinical decisions, and maintain professional communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with quadriplegic patients, secretion management, autonomic symptoms, respiratory compromise, bowel and bladder programs, and maintaining skin integrity. We offer W2 employment or 1099 with liability insurance. Hiring immediately, starting ASAP.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (nonnegotiable).
• RN or LPN active license.
• Valid CPR BLS card.
• Copy of negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or TBQ Gold Quantifer blood test results.
• Level 2 background clearance.
• Proof of car insurance.
• Ability to speak English clearly.
• Good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with quadriplegic patients.
• Experience with secretion management.
• Experience with autonomic symptoms.
• Experience with respiratory compromise.
• Experience with bowel and bladder programs.
• Experience with skin integrity and pressure injury prevention.
• Comfortable with high-acuity home care.
• Ability to make rapid clinical decisions.
