About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing multi-specialty practice in Monroe, NY. This full-time role supports the Primary Care Department and is suited to a nurse committed to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment. The RN works closely with providers and clinical staff to support day-to-day patient care, assessments, telephone triage, patient education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties in a primary care setting.

Requirements

• Active RN license in New York State.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting.

• Support telephone triage and patient follow-up.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
