About The Position

We are seeking a Full Time Intake Assessment Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves performing patient evaluations, facilitating nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals, managing medication consents and patient property, and collaborating with healthcare providers and referring hospitals. The position requires a valid RN license, proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, and the ability to work a rotating weekend schedule. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, post-offer drug screen, and physical. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $47.00 - $55.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid RN License
• Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
• Experience in patient evaluation and care
• Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
• Associate degree (Required)
• RN License (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Ventura, CA 93001 before starting work (Required)
